Chef Brian S. Banasek

Chef Brian graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1996 with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. Prior to establishing Serenade Catering, he had the pleasure of working as Specialty Room Chef at Harrah's Casino in Maricopa, Arizona, where he led the culinary team in constructing the world's largest gingerbread house in 2001.

Chef Brian has also worked in the top restaurant on Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain, Christine's, in Whistler, Canada. This is where he became well-skilled in custom crafted ice sculptures for many special events.

Led by Chef Brian, Serenade Catering provides Chocolate Fountains for any and all events and they have established themselves as one of the leaders of this catering specialty in Arizona.
